it was quite noisy, some guests shouted or had a party all night and the staff could not do anything; there isn't a lift from the ground floor to the reception floor and the stairs are steep and too many for guests with suitcases

Liked our great little and cheap rooms in this place.

the place was fairly clean and well priced, had helpful staff with reception desk manned 24 hours. the location was amazing in the tourist area. everything was amazing and within 19 minutes' drive of francisco sa carneiro airport. the hotel provided reasonable prices.

It's Very close to the Express bus stop. People are very friendly and willing to help. It's cheap.

It seemed that every room has had smokers. The blanket, the sheet are all stinky. Even they changed a room with a window for me, the smell was still very strong. Also, the sheets don't look very clean either. I don't think I'll live there again if I visit Porto in the future.

Good hotel for only 25 euros a night. Near to the city, 10 minutes walk to the Dom Lous 1 bridge. We parked in the street on a parking from the local basketball club for 6 euro/day. Friendly staff, clean rooms

Mattresses are bit hard

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from an arched bridge.

The staff was very nice. a great deal for your money and pretty close to the metro station(5 min walk)

It is basically an hostel with a luxury of single/double rooms. Its cheap (if u dont find any special offers in better hotels when you go to porto), so its quite ok for the price you pay.

My room was fine although not so clean. Beware, half the rooms have no windows, if u happen to be not so lucky like us (we got a big room with windows, but we could se lots of rooms without window). To get to the shower u had to jump on top of the wc, as wc and washing basis were too close each other, leaving no space to go to the shower which was next to them. No decent restaurants in the area, you have to walk to rua santa catarina to find the closest (about 10-15 minutes walk flat). Area not near metro station, so this could be a disadvantage for those who are not familiar with buses sistems. Opposite bus station to lisbon and other cities around portugal, which makes this place conveniently located

This place has a great location right in front of a bus stop and it's just a 10-minute walk from the center of the city.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with a nice-sized terrace to enjoy. Everything is in great condition. 👍

Friendly staff always ready to help... for 2* hotel very clean and tidy, room are nice and to be honest 12.50 euros a night per perskon in 2 bed room is just nothing for it.
